Louisiana Dan is Canada bound...

I'm not sure how or why, but I'll be headed up to perform in Toronto from September 27th through the 30th, representing the music of Louisiana.

This was from back in 2000, when I was playing every weekend at James Burton's Rock-N-Roll Cafe in Shreveport, Louisiana. Sometimes when Mr. Burton took the stage I would have to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming.

I recently witnessed one of the greatest shows at the James Burton International Guitar Festival in Shreveport, Louisiana. Legendary James Burton onstage amongst friends and fans really shook the seats in this historic venue. Many times I have crossed those stage planks with thoughts of the greatness that had gone before. Now I look forward to the greatness of things to come.
